Refund Policy
Smokeforges Return & Refund Policy
Smokeforges accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Some products may incur up to a 15% restocking fee depending on the manufacturer’s policy. This fee is disclosed prior to approval of each return.
Because we work directly with premium U.S. manufacturers, all returns must follow the manufacturer’s requirements and inspections before a refund can be issued.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be new, unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all parts and materials included.
Items not eligible for return include:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products once production has begun
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been used, installed, assembled, or modified
- Items not returned in original packaging
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact orders@smokeforges.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Your reason for return
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions will be provided. Unauthorized returns (returns without an RMA) may be denied.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers must arrange and pay for the return shipment directly with the carrier.
Freight shipments must be returned using a freight carrier.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply depending on the manufacturer and the condition of the returned item. This fee covers processing, inspection, packaging evaluation, and carrier handling.
Restocking fees do not apply to defective or incorrect items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Damage or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label are required.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied by the manufacturer or carrier.
Return Method
All returns are handled by mail only. We do not offer in-person or drop-off returns, as all products ship directly from manufacturer facilities.
Return Label
Return labels are not included. Customers must book and pay for the return shipment.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the manufacturer receives and inspects the item. Refunds are sent back to the original payment method.
Shipping charges and third-party processing fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Custom-made and made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Freight shipments that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Customers may return eligible items and place a new order if needed.
