30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and processing costs associated with returned merchandise.
The restocking fee does not apply if the return is due to a product that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Smokeforges will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover the return shipping cost.
Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind or Ordering Error)
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or ordering error, your request must be made within the 30-day return window and the item must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in this policy, including being unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging with all included components.
Made-to-order, custom, or special-order products are not eligible for return, as they are produced specifically for each customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, specifications, dimensions, and order accuracy prior to completing their purchase.
Damages
If your order arrives with visible damage, please note the damage at the time of delivery before signing and contact Smokeforges the same day the order is received.
Email info@smokeforges.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Please retain all original packaging and materials for any item that may require inspection or return. All damaged item claims must be authorized by our customer service team prior to being processed.
Items that become damaged after use or installation are not eligible for return or refund, except as specifically covered under an applicable manufacturer or product warranty.

Refunds are typically processed within up to 7 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
Smokeforges does not accept exchanges. If a product arrives defective or damaged. In these cases, please contact info@smokeforges.com within the return window, and our support team will assist with a replacement or resolution.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Smokeforges as soon as possible to help avoid return shipping costs.
Orders that have not yet shipped and are canceled more than 48 hours after being placed are subject to a $40 administrative cancellation fee.
Orders canceled after shipment will be processed in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy and will be subject to applicable return shipping costs and the 15% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products may be marked as non-returnable due to safety, hygiene, customization, or made-to-order factors. These exclusions are clearly stated on the applicable product pages prior to purchase.
